Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations was held in a grand manner in our college auditorium. The chief guest for the occasion was Dr.Mr.Bharath, HOD of Kannada Department,St.Anne’s First Grade College for Girls’,Millers Road. The programme began with Kannada State Anthem , followed by a serene prayer service and lighting the lamp. Janani, the President of Kannada Club welcomed the gathering. Principal, Dr.Rev.Sr.Sophie George delivered an eloquent speech in Kannada Language . The Chief Guest spoke on the importance of Speaking Kannada Language. Students of different streams performed stunning dances, which was truly mesmerizing. Few patriotic Kannada songs too were sung by the students . The programme concluded with Nation Anthem.
