Orientation Programme for I P U students was conducted on 25th May 2019. Mrs. Vijaya ,Lecturer ( Department of Physics) gave the welcome speech.The facilitators of the programme were Mr. Samuel Olson(Social Worker and Motivational Speaker and Dr. Boden (Asst Professor in the School of Education at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles) . The programme was divided into two sessions. First session speaker was Mr. Samuel who, spoke on ‘ Human Trafficking’ . He talked on how girls are trapped into this trafficking bussiness and struggle to come out and how some girls are raped and even sold for money . The second session was taken over by Dr. Boden who, emphasized on listing out the priorities and the importance of setting goals and being persistent. This programme was followed by ‘Freshers day’ it was a memorable day for I PU students . The programme started at 11:30 am and was filled with excitement, joy, music,laughter and enthusiasm. College choir sang a beautiful welcome song . Seniors performed a mesmerizing dance for I PU students which was Jaw dropping . Noor Zayana of I EBAS was crowned as St.Anne’s ‘ Freshie Queen’ . The day was concluded with National Anthem .
