India celebrates its 77th Independence Day, marking 76 years of freedom. The main theme for this year is “Nation First, Always First,” as part of the larger “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” .
To commemorate this day, St.Anne’s Group of Institutions ( Marian Primary School,St,Mary’s High School ,St.Anne’s Public School, St.Anne’s Pre-University College and St.Anne’s Degree College ) celebrated the 77th Independence Day of India on its campus on 15th August 2022, with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The Chief Guest for the programme was Mr.Rajkumar Dugar . It is the day ,we all get together to thank and remember our great freedom fighters who brought us a free country . The Chief Guest hoisted the National flag at 8:00 AM . All the staff members and students saluted towards the flag. To memorialize this day students of St.Mary’s Higher secondary school did March-Past with their house flags paying tribute to the motherland ‘INDIA’ . Students energetically and enthusiastically performed patriotic songs and dance . The celebrations concluded with the Independence Day speech .
